• Custom beds (stained or unstained) are not eligible for returns or refunds once the order is confirmed and materials are allocated.

• Refunds are not offered for natural variations in wood grain, color, or minor character marks, as these are part of the beauty of real cedar.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled or modified within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.

• After this window, cancellations are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

• We may offer repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion, depending on the issue.

• Photos of the damage will be required for assessment.

Care & Use

• Proper placement, installation, and care are the responsibility of the customer. Damage caused by improper use, site conditions, or weather exposure beyond normal wear is not covered.
