Service Description
Discover the flowers that can bring color and flavor to your garden and your table. We’ll cover choosing edible varieties, growing them in Central Texas, harvesting, and ways to enjoy them in food and drinks. We’ll also discuss correct identification and growing flowers specifically for food use. Recipes and seasonal ingredients bring the garden-to-table connection to life; the menu is arranged for your group. HOST A PRIVATE CLASS Starting at $35 per paying guest. Minimum five paying guests; your host attends free and provides the venue, food and drinks. The final menu and price are confirmed before guests pay. Based in Liberty Hill, serving Central Texas; venue and travel arrangements are reviewed before confirmation. Virtual classes can be arranged - please mention your preference when requesting a date. RESERVE YOUR TIME Choose your preferred class start time at least seven days ahead. Classes typically last 60–90 minutes, with 90 minutes reserved for teaching. Please allow access one hour beforehand for setup and approximately 45 minutes afterward for packing up. No host payment is collected when requesting a time. Sheri confirms the venue, travel and availability before accepting your reservation. We confirm one private class per day. GUEST PAYMENTS After confirmation, guests receive online payment or group Venmo instructions and pay their own portion. Payments are due three days before class. If fewer than five guests have paid, we can reschedule with payments carried forward, or the host can choose to cover the remaining spots. Please share your expected guest count, venue details and any ingredient allergies or access needs in your booking message. Cancellation Policy
HOSTING A WANDERING GARDEN CLASS Request your preferred date at least seven days in advance. No payment is required from the host to request a time. Requests are confirmed by Sheri after reviewing the venue, travel and availability. We confirm one private class per day. The host provides the venue, food and drinks and attends free with five paying guests. Classes last 60–90 minutes; the selected time is the class start. Please allow venue access one hour before class for setup and approximately 45 minutes afterward for packing up. GUEST PAYMENTS Guests pay individually using the online payment link or group Venmo details provided after the class is confirmed. Payment is due three days before class. If fewer than five guests have paid, we can reschedule and carry payments forward, or the host may choose to cover the remaining spots. The host is not automatically charged. CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS Guest payments are nonrefundable for changes of plans or inability to attend. You may gift your spot to someone else; please tell us their name before class. If a death, serious emergency or unsafe travel weather affects attendance, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you on an appropriate exception, which may include rescheduling, credit or a refund. If Bijou’s Blooms cancels, guests may choose a rescheduled date or a refund. Please contact us directly for cancellations, rescheduling and transfers.
