Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions for Online Booking Services Provided: Garden consultations include professional coaching, guidance, and recommendations tailored to your space, goals, and growing conditions. Consultations may be conducted on-site or virtually, depending on location and service selected at booking. Booking & Payment: All consultations must be booked and paid for in advance through our online scheduling system. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Scheduling & Availability: Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Clients are responsible for selecting a date and time that works for them at the time of booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. Late Arrivals: Consultation time begins at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will not extend the session and may result in reduced consultation time. Expiration of Services: Consultations must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable. Non-Refundable Policy: All consultation bookings are non-refundable once scheduled. No cash value is assigned to services. Scope of Service: Consultations provide advice, education, and planning support. They do not include physical labor, installation, materials, plants, or follow-up services unless separately booked. Travel & Location: On-site consultations are limited to our standard service area. Travel fees may apply for locations outside this area and will be disclosed prior to confirmation. Weather & Seasonal Factors: Outdoor consultations may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions at the discretion of the consultant. Limitations & Liability: Recommendations are based on best practices and local growing conditions; however, results may vary due to environmental factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for crop loss, plant failure, or outcomes resulting from implementation. Agreement: By booking a consultation, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
